The first character we saw..... and we quickly realized the thing to do was to get autographs, so Braden nipped into the gift shop to get one.........
The Queen of Hearts
Main Street
Our first ride at Disneyland
If anyone can tell us who this is, he signed his name Trollo (?), and I'm assuming he's from Alice in Wonderland aswell, but not remembering much of Alice, I can't find any reference to him either.
Disneyland Railroad - Great for getting from one end to the other!
Autopia
The First Autograph belonged to Pluto!!!!
Cruella - wanted to know why we hadn't bought any NZ puppies with us, for her, LOL!
Waiting for the first night of the Halloween Version of Haunted Mansion
Cousin Emma (well, second cousin), who is a seasoned Disneyland visitor!!!!
Hi everyone it's Cameron here. I just wanted to share something that is different about America and New Zealand.
In America they have weird names for their money. A penny is 1 cent, a nickel is 5 cents, a dime is 10 cents and a quarter is 25c. They don't have a 50c, so you get lots of quarters when you get change. You have to be careful with the dime and the nickel because the nickel is bigger in size than the dime, and you might give them the wrong money.
Mum told me there used to be $1 and $2 notes in NZ, but now we have the coins. In America they still have the $1 & 2 notes. There don't seem to be many $2 notes in circulation because my Dad had never seen one, and didn't believe there were any, until I showed him the one in my wallet. You should have seen his face!!!
